Question - Will you ship bound Bibles & Songbooks internationally?
Answer - We only ship bound books to USA Addresses ONLY.
Question - Once I place my order, when will I expect to recieve it?
Answer - Some items ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
Return Visit Binders, Leather Book Covers, Examining covers, Leather Study Holders allow up to 8 weeks plus mailing time.
Bound Bibles & bound song books allow up to 10 weeks plus mailing time.
Most orders ship Priority Mail. Allow up to a week for delivery. International orders allow 10 days for shipping. Some items we offer come for oversees, and it takes longer for us to receive them in stock. If we do not have something in stock, we will advise you by email. Then you can decide to wait or would like a refund.
Question - What happens when my order was shipped to the wrong address?
Answer - Your order will come back to us. If it was our error, we will reship your order. If it was your oversight, we will reship order and bill you for shipping.
Question - What if my order is lost or damaged by the Post Office?
Answer - Most orders are insured against lost or damage. Once we are reimbursed for lost, we will reship your order. Please be patient.
